dhk8 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the dhk8 online gaming platform ("dhk8", "we", "our") and its users ("members", "you"). • Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are identified, all of them will be terminated.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dhk8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The applicable rules are:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

• Wagering requirement: A 25x turnover is required for the welcome bonus.
• Bonuses apply to one account only; the same person cannot claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• If the bonus conditions are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned after the wagering requirement is met are withdrawable.

• dhk8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice.
• If a breach of bonus rules is suspected, dhk8 reserves the right to void the bonus and any related winnings.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

dhk8 ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Key points regarding gameplay:

• All games are operated using software from providers and outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• In the event of a technical error in a game, the bet for that round will be considered void and the amount staked by the member will be returned.
• If the connection is lost and a game is not completed, a decision will be made in accordance with the game provider's guidelines.
